Easy to assemble. Well thought out and sturdy. Collapsible for storage. Tows behind the bike like its not even there. Doesn't put any weird strains or handling characteristics on the bicycle. Easy to use. Had it assembled and took it for a tow around the block within 25 minutes. Shipping was quick once we figured out the seller uses FedEx.The only thing I did was add a "double leash coupler" because I have 2 dogs and there's only 1 "hookup". We've taken this trailer on trails and my dogs and I love it!!Seems to be very durable & made well. Very easy to assemble. I will say the tow hitch is a bit difficult to put in & remove….but that could just be a girl thing? Sure my pups will enjoy it.This bike trailer was delivered earlier than expected, came mostly assembled (only took about ten minutes to finish) and as shown in the photos is puppy approved. It rides so smoothly I had to keep checking to make sure it was still there. Totally love it and plan on using it as a bike trailer too. Awesome product!!!We bought 2 of these for our dogs. We ordered a medium and a large. When we got them we realized we should have ordered 2 large. If your dog is 35-40 pounds a medium may be to small. They are great easy to set up.Quality better than expected
