My grandson just received this bike but the basket wasn't included. Are you able to help me with this from here? Otherwise all is good.Perfect first bike for my 7year old son. The colors are bright and vibrant, Its even better than the pictures shown. so he is super happy.He Talks about how super fast his bike is. It is perfect for his height and it comes with training wheels which is better now that he is just learning how to ride a bike. My son is already getting a hang of peddling it. It is good for kids to learn to ride. It is sturdy, has a nice chain cover. Ours has worked flawlessly since purchasing. Good value for the money. So far I have no complaints and I'm happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend this one! It took a while to put together, but totally worth it.Putting together wasn’t the best experience of my life and the pedals have had to be put back on several times…they are not righty tighty which might help someone who is struggling to fasten the pedals.The screw that was for one of the training wheels was striped, so my husband had to replace the screw.They’re fine for first bikes. But I’ve had to realign the handle bars multiple times when my son has fallen. One foot pedal fell of when my son was riding and I had to walk it back home for him. And my father in law who built them for me, has had to adjust the chain on one because it was slipping. Luckily I have a very handy husband and father in law to take care of all the issues that have arisen in the short amount of time we have had them, but if you’re not the most handy, you might want better quality or you could end up frustrated with these. I can’t speak to how easily they went together because it wasn’t me, but it took maybe 40 minutes each bike for my father in law.The bike itself seems sturdy and has all the goodie features like dual hand brakes, kickstand, and basket. I got the bike for my 4yo bc of its great reviews and price tag, despite people saying the assembly instructions were poor. I didn’t think it’d be that bad, but..it was.1. I found issues with the quality of some of the components, like paint peeled and metal finished marred up on the brake components.2. The training wheels were not evenly fabricated, so the bike leans to one side more than the other.3. The washers for the training wheels were also not included in the box, so I had dig some out of my toolbox that worked. Very annoying when you have the Amazon page showing you how to install things yet you don’t have the parts.4. Assembly is all up to you. This was the first bike I put together, and despite it being mostly assembled, the instructions don’t help at all. And the online video shows a different bike, poorly demonstrates how to adjust the brakes, and doesn’t show how to install the kickstand or the basket which requires some bending of the bracket. All the brake components come loose, so you have to figure out how to tighten the caliper and cables, if you don’t know already.5. As I was trying to tighten the brake slack, the metal crimp on the end of the cable just slid off. So I had to crimp it back on tight.6. The screwdriver provided has too small of a Philip’s head, so it will strip your screws. Do not use it.7. Regarding the kickstand, I figured out where it goes by looking more closely at the bike pictures, but just like the other reviewer said, it keeps loosening and doesn’t stay on well. Maybe the company will ship a replacement part bc I’m about to throw this one away.I consider myself a handyman, but even I was a bit disappointed and frustrated with trying to figure out if I was building the bike correctly and with the quality of parts and tools. I hope once I retune the brake cables and maybe buy a new kickstand, the bike will last a few years without too many issues.Bike did its job as I needed something relatively affordable to help my daughter learn how to ride a bike this summer. Other than that, I could have done better with the assembly instructions, barely a week old and the brake is already non functional.Vorab, ich habe mir den Sitz nicht für den Hometrainer, sondern für mein Fahrrad geholt. Da mein Fahrrad Sitz beschädigt ist, wurde es langsam Zeit für einen neuen. Ein Freund, der sich den Hometrainer holte, hat mir den hier empfohlen. Nach längerem hin und her, habe ich ihn mir dann geholt.Ich persönlich bin mit dem Sitz vollkommen zufrieden. Er ist bequem, war leicht anzubringen und bereitete mir bis jetzt noch keine Probleme. Er ist weich und beim sitzen kommt es zu keinen Unannehmlichkeiten. Mit der Größe bin ich auch vollkommen zufrieden. Von der Preis-Leistung bin ich auch überzeugt, vermutlich findet man nach langem Suchen/ testen verschiedener Produkte was gleichwertiges für weniger Geld (oder schlechteres für mehr), aber ich bin mit dem Preis zufrieden. Vom Aussehen her, jedem das seine. Mir gefällt das schwarz mit dem rot.Ansonsten, wie immer eine schnelle Lieferung.Endlich ein Sattel für längere Touren ohne das der verlängerte Rücken taub wird. Die Verarbeitung ist top. Allerdings wird der Sattel aufgrund des Materials in recht warm, wenn er in der Sonne steht. Das Material macht den Eindruck, dass es auch einen kleinen Regenguss problemlos übersteht, testen konnte ich das bisher nicht.Preis/Leistung ist top, wenn er jetzt noch wirklich wasserdicht ist ein absolutes Schnäppchen.Leider sind alle Produktbilder nur in einer angeschnittenen Ansicht zu sehen und der Sattel nie in der direkten Draufsicht. Der Sattel ist sehr breit, was man aus den Bildern so zwingend nicht ersehen kann.Die Angefragte Retoure gestaltet sich extrem kommunikationsaufwändig, da der Verkäufer wohl in China sitzt.
