Ortlieb 25L Waterproof Bicycle Saddle Bag - Durable Bike Pannier for Commuting, Touring & Outdoor Adventures

Not allowing my Wera Bicycle Set 1 ratchet tool kit exposing to moisture and element when storing in my jersey pocket on outdoor rides, I've to source a 1.5 L(+) waterproof saddle bag with the right internal dimension that allows my Wera Bicycle Set 1 lying flat at the bottom of the saddle bag - and Ortlieb Saddle-Bag Two 1.6 L version is the smallest waterproof bag that fit the bill. At 16 cm (6.3 inch) width it comfortably let Bicycle Set 1 lying flat at the bottom, and the space above to store other essentials for solo outdoor rides: Dynaplug Racer tubeless plug kit, CR2032 batteries for sensors, one inner tube, Topeak SmartGuage D2X, backup rear red light (and spare AAA batteries for the backup rear light).My complains? At $63.95 it's a little more expensive than Topeak Wedge Drybag 1.5 L (but the internal space is not wide enough for my requirement). In addition, the light clip does not have the width and flexibility for easy removal of rear light.
